10 years ago today the final Seinfeld episode aired on NBC and was watched by 76 Million viewers. It was one of the greatest sitcoms to come to televison. So post any thoughts, favorite episodes, characters and moments about the show.

To this day, The Contest still makes me laugh harder than anything on Earth.

No show has reached the level of awesome that Seinfeld did. AD got close, The Office is scratching the surface. But sadly they are not as amazing as Seinfeld. Funniest show evah.

I still can't look at a candy bar stuck in a candy machine without thinking "JUMP!!!"

Great sitcom, but I wouldn't call it the best. The show wasn't good till season 4.

Are you kidding? Season 3 was the best of them all. It had classics like The Contest, The Parking Space, The Airport, The Virgin, The Bubble Boy, and The Cheever Letters. Season 3 was AMAZING. Also, season 2 had episodes like The Pony Remark, The Phone Message, The Deal, The Statue, The Revenge, and of course...the classic (one of the best episodes ever in my opinion)...The Chinese Restaurant.

The only truly weak season was season 1, and its only because Jerry and Larry David were testing the waters to see what NBC would let them get away with.

One of my favorite episodes was The Marine Biologist.

IMO, George Costanza still remains the best character on that show.

I also heard that Jerry Seinfeld had discussed with Jason Alexander about filming one last scene at Monk's coffee shop. Not sure if they're still gonna do it.

Why not just do a one hour reunion instead of one scene ?

my favorite show ever, I got a little teared up watching the DVDs (in order) when the finale special came up and played the Green Day montage. I know it's been over for a decade but still the emotions cam

They already had a reunion show about 5 years ago I believe that aired on Thanksgiving. I think Seinfeld just wanted to give the fans one last scene.

From wikipedia
On the November 1st, 2007, episode of The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, Jerry Seinfeld mentioned the possibility of filming one last scene, after they leave prison. He mentioned he is far too busy to do it now, but did not announce what the scene would entail as it is still a possibility they will do it.In commentary from the final season DVD, Jerry Seinfeld outlines that he and Jason Alexander spoke about this scene being in Monks Coffee Shop, with George saying “That was brutal” in reference to their team's stint in jail.

I would like to see about a three minute scene with the four at Monk's talking about their stint in jail.

I started watching season 1 back in November and finished up the finale back in April. It's a show you can watch over and over again.

I thought those were season 4 (1992-1993) episodes.

Never cared much for that episode. :o

People call Seinfeld a show about nothing. That's not completely true. The show was about Jerry Seinfeld and his wacky friends. Season one of the show WAS when the show was about nothing which is why it sucked. Once Seinfeld and Larry David decided to make an over-the-top show about Soup Nazis and crazed mail men was when the show became good.

Nope, looked at my season 3 box-set before typing.

BLASPHEMY, I SAY!

Really? I feel that is when the show started to decline. When David left as show-runner and it became too surreal. Of course, Soup Nazi was pure David, but yeah, the later seasons are the worst outside of 1 in my opinion.

George trying to get on the phone in The Chinese Restaurant was hilarious.

I haven't watched much of the DVD features yet. Might do that sometime in the next month.
