well if youre asking can you make a gif thats only 5kb big, then yes. but if youre asking if YOU can have can have a 5kb gif and use it, the no. you need 300 post to get you a 20kb or less avatar in 50x50

1. Where does it say I can't request a avy for another board? In the SHH rule books? You can't request a avatar to use on another board?... Why not? Is that a unreasonable request? You can politely decline, but to be so snoby about it, is really unneeded...

2. I was obviously being playful and just trying to encourage you to make a Avy like that was specified by another poster other than myself...

There's really no reason to be offended or get all snoody about it. I was just making a request, as I think that is what this thread is for, is it not?
