This is based on a similar fan poster I saw, except I've positioned Supes and Batman differently, used a different background and made the logo.

Okay, so this thread's been dead for over a year. It's time for some new stuff...

First of all, I'd like to comment on how close my venom concept was to the actual design :) I'm quite proud.

And now, for the new art...

It's not done yet, it's a work in progress, there are still a few unwanted lines (I drew it on lined paper), it only started as a quick sketch and spawned into a massively time consuming piece of work. Hope you like it.

I didn't copy any pictures, though I did use a couple of reference pictures to remind myself of what the the face and armour looked like.

I'm bumping this thread with a picture I did a month or two of the Joker.

Whoa now I would not want to meet this Joker in a alley by myself :wow:

    Thanks.

Wow. I thought this thread was lost to the sands of time.

The Predator pic is still a W.I.P, in act it hasn't changed at all yet.

That Joker pic was before any real photos of the Joker were released I think. Anyways, I've gotten the likeness a lot closer to what it should be. I drew a new Joker pic on Monday, which I'm going to finish.

Time to inject some new life into this thread...

This started out as just a doodle of a very cartoony Joker, and sort spiralled out of control. The colouring is only really basic, I probably won't be adding any shading to it, unless anyone would like me to, then I'll probaby do it.

There are 10 characters that I've drawn (Yes, the puppet is one of them), some are obvious, some are not so well known. Can you name all of them?

Top row(l-r): Franklin Delano Bluth (Arrested Development), George Oscar "G.O.B." Bluth II (Arrested Development), Dr. Tobias Fünke (Arrested Development), The Incredible Hulk
Middle row (l-r): Earthworm Jim, David (The Lost Boys), Spike (Buffy/Angel)
Bottom row (l-r): The Joker, Bret McKenzie (Flight of the Conchords), Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Conchords)

    I hope you like them.

Thank you both. I'm considering doing a picture with all the Arrested Development characters. Possibly a picture of when they tried to give Lucille an intervention and ended up having a drunken party. The the image of Tobias dancing in his nevernude shorts while Buster is playing the piano always cracks me up.

I'm pretty happy with this, it's weird to see how my artwork has changed since 7 months ago:

Thank you very much. Thats exactly what I've been aiming for. Infact when I uploaded the newest Joker picture to DevArt I even wrote about how thats what I wanted. That really means a lot to me, thanks.

Anyone else amazed at the fact that this is, basically, exactly what we got?

My newest piece. I've gone for a more cartoony approac this time.

What I really like about your work is that while it's cartoony, everything has a realistic proportion to it. It's like the outline and entire framework is real, but the coloring and shading give it an abstract look.
