The Wachowskis' Ninja Assassin

if Russians can play English and vice versa, then it shouldn't be a problem. Korean and Japanese are nationalities not races.

If white can play white, why can't asian play asian?

btw i am asian

Also there is a long list of British and Aussie actors playing Americans. Too many to name, but we know who they are.

As an Asian myself, I don't care that the main character is played by a Korean. All I want out of this movie is gory violence and kick ass martial arts.

Yea have Japanese blood in me and I don't think its Terrible a Korean is playing a Japanese role.... Hell there are some japanese films that that have chinese cast in japanese roles lol its a matter of talent..... even though I think Takeshi Kaneshiro would have done a brilliant job in this role... just saying :o

All the ladies say he's more fly than the Batguy. ;)

those featurettes were freakin awesome... i could watch that all day lol

Just come back from an advanced screening in DC. Fantastic martial arts movie! The whole movie is non-stop action packed. And the so-called "too dark to be seen actions" by some previous reviews are actually two fights between ninjas. And the point of dark light at those scenes is to show fast movements of ninjas, their silver shining weapons and red blood, which is done in a visually stunning way.

I'm really mad I missed out on the DC screening. The Facebook club I'm apart of that sends out passes for advance screenings has been sending me crap for s**t I have no intention of seeing for the past week and a half. Not to mention they had a notification for a free screening of Boondock Saints II, and you have to have Mozilla or the Google browser for the Twitpic of the pass to show up. What kind of **** is that! If these screenings are first come/first serve, why are you being exclusionary at such an early stage? I can only assume the companies behind those web browsers are sponers, and this is their way of advertising. Still bulls***.

How was the crowd reaction ninjaracer!?

They gave a loud applause after the movie end, with a bit of screams inside^^
