It's a bad deal either way, Cena is low on challengers if he wins, but Miz winning means more lame champion.

If Cena wins, how would you make him new challengers? I would have him have a couple face vs face matches and build some rivalries in the sense that they almost had Cena beat but couldn't quite pull it off. Like Bryan/Cena would be the equivalent of the Rock/Benoit match-up in 2000 or something. As far as current heels I would push Ziggler to the moon along with Vickie (perhaps building a family of Heels to feed to Cena like Heenan was for Hogan) I hope they can find a way to be creative post-Cena/Rock if it happens.

Well the man that just opened Raw would be a great choice to have a title feud with Cena, and I'd definitely do the face vs face thing with Cena vs Bryan and Cena vs JoMo. The idea of Dolph being the head of a new Heenan family like faction headed by Vickie is inspired.

I think the best way to get the Ziggler/Vickie break-up over it to give her a few more people to manage. A tag team, perhaps Primo and Zack Ryder. Get them on television absorbing her heat and give Vickie more people to play off of.

I would have Ziggler ditch Vickie and go on his own before getting solidified as a main-event guy.

His in-ring skills are great for a main-event guy. He just needs a stronger character, one not reliant on Vickie as much. If he gets that, then he's there.

If he can sell his character better on his own, he can get there. His ring work, unlike Miz, is solid, and fans can actually get into his matches, as proven by how popular his bouts with Daniel Bryan were, and how well his feud with Edge was relatively received.
