Sure, it's only a mini-series but it COULD lead to more. As you can tell...i'm a huge fan. It's literally my all time favorite series.

The pilot....haven't missed an episode. And I've seen them all more than once.

The reincarnation episode with the dead cop from the first season. Somehow surprisingly it made enough of an impression on me to keep watching. In retrospect it was a pretty lousy episode but after that I didn't miss an episode until season 9.

Ahhhh....Darkness Falls. Pretty good episode

I have no idea what my first episode was, but I do know it was the first season. I don;t think I watched the pilot. i think I started after my friends told me about it, so I think it was probably 4th or 5th episode.

Im very very happy about this. Xfiles fans have been after this for a long time.

Now its time to release that Blu ray set Fox has been sitting on for some time now. I need to watch the whole thing again with my girl!

Seems the excitement is shared by a few of us so...can we rename this the official Xfiles thread or what?

Who do you think from the original cast other than mulder, scully and skinner could come back?

Great news.

Keep the aliens to a minimum (hated those episodes).
Have Mulder and Skully at the FBI (X-Files are FBI cases).
Have a monster episode (or two) Those episodes were always favourite with Toomes being the high water mark.


Can I say the last movie was a disgrace. Steer clear of anything like that again.

I started watching this show from the pilot and loved it. I stopped watching when the black goo storyline started and didn't have time to keep up with it.

One of the episodes I remember was of some rednecks who kept their mother under the floor. I don't remember the details but I recall it being pretty disturbing.

I only watched that episode a couple nights back, the Mrs is still having nightmares.


Only bought the box set back in February and already on season 4. Should hopefully be all caught up by the time this airs.
