I would watch it. Jackson's right thought, having the style of 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy' would be awesome. I wonder if Marvel has the rights to Lucia von Bardos?

As I said in another thread, make a SHIELD movie a prequel to Avengers.

That way it can include Coulson.

And tell Black Widow's or Hawkeye's backstory, how they became SHIELD agents.

I'd love to see a SHIELD movie...but, I would also love to see a film involving the Howling Commandos. They were terrific in Cap 1, and I feel that their personalities would work well for a feature film. They could take on HYDRA and AIM, in the years following Cap's disappearance.

I think CA2 and SHIELD should be 2 movies in one...a la The Godfather 2. Have them facing a modern day threat/foe (Winter Soldier, etc.), while showing flashbacks of Cap & Bucky's relationship, the Howling Commandos (fighting with Cap and after his disappearance), the fomation of SHIELD (Dominic Cooper could appear, as well as Nick Fury's origin), and showing BW's and Hawkeye's origins. Just my $.02

I'm inclined towards a 60s-70s era SHIELD movie, myself, though a modern one starring the non-superpowered elite agents wouldn't be a bad idea.
