What time is too early? It's 8:20 am and I'm about to crank it up. Have to beat the rain. Is it that rude to do it too early?

8:30 would probably be fine unless you have neighbors who have an odd work schedule that means they would be sleeping at that hour still (I have and occasionally still do sleep until after 9 am sometimes because of mine).
