I don't know about all 30, but IMO Dustin Hoffman should be on that list. Even though he is considered by most to be a great actor, I still think he he highly underrated.

Dustin Hoffman is a good one. There's just to many great actors out there to boil it down to just 30.

Burt Reynolds is the biggest WTF choice on that list. When you put his career in perspective, he's really a terrible actor IMO. He just managed to coast by on his charm, charisma and mustache and the fact he starred in a few 1970s' classics that are somewhat cheesy (though still very entertaining) by today's standards.
