I decided to finish off the action icons of the 80's/90's with a top 5 for the pony tailed, ultra dry master of the quick arm movements of doom!
5. Hard To Kill
Old fashioned revenge action flick, it's very silly, bordering on absurd at times, but it's fun in the way only 80's and 90's action movies could be lol, and it has some pretty decent action.

4. Fire Down Below
We enter the era of the barely mobile Seagal where the editing is on overdrive to cover the fact he moves so stiffly and everything is shot from the waist up, and this is Seagal's first film since On Deadly Ground to focus on his interest in protecting the enivironment with an awkward romantic subplot also thrown into the mix and a decent chase sequence. The plot loses it's way but I love the setting and there's an oldschool Western charm about the film.

3. Under Siege 2: Dark Territory
It's Die Hard on a Train! It's a very nice train though and the action is ramped right up, much more over the top than the first including Ryback driving a truck off a cliff to get back on the train and a Stealth plane. The big flaw though is that they build the badass merc guy up as this huge threat to Ryback and when they finally face off Ryback whoops him with ease, the dude never even gets a shot in, still an entertaining action flick overall.

2. Nico: Above The Law
I actually think this has the best story of any of Seagal's films and is a pretty good cop thriller that isn't as reliant on action, even though there is still a healthy dose including an oldschool shootout/chase that sees Seagal hanging onto the roof of a car, you don't escape the ponytail of justice!

1. Under Siege
Easily his best movie, directed by Andrew Davis who delivered the classic Harrison Ford starrer 'The Fugitive', it's basically Die Hard on an Aircraft Carrier and feature's Seagal's best balance of stealthy, efficient ass kicking and glib humour as he picks the terrorists off, scuppers their plans and rescues the crew!
