I would do an adaption of Born Again, but with some changes.
Episode 1 to 6:
Fisk gets out of prison through some legal loophole or something like that. He now sets out to do what he promised, to destroy Matt and Foggy's lives. Desperate to keep Foggy safe, Matt makes a deal with Fisk that he will leave Fisk and Vanessa alone, if Fisk does the same for Foggy.
Fisk's still after Daredevil, though, and sends an assassin named Benjamin Poindexter after him. Poindexter and Daredevil have some brutal fights, and Poindexter is fascinated by Daredevil's ability to avoid death. Poindexter has never had to struggle so much to kill someone. Poindexter gets obsessed with killing Daredevil, and he's willing to kill hundreds of innocent people to get his price. Daredevil can't find anything good in Poindexter, no possible redemption. The realization that some people can't be saved, challenges Daredevil's belief system to the core. With people keeping on dying, and Poindexter's obsession with Daredevil, Fisk realizes that Poindexter is no longer under his control. Fisk is relieved when Daredevil finally beats Poindexter and sends him to prison.
At the same time this happens, Fisk finds out that Karen was behind the death of Wesley. Fisk have his people investigate Karen, and Fisk finds out about her troubled past, where she had a heroin problem, which somehow played a part in the death of her brother. Fisk knows now how to avenge Wesley. Fisk kidnaps Karen and forces her to do heroin again, which is Karen's worst nightmare. After her brother died because of her drug problem, Karen promised to never get addicted to it again. Desperate to not go down that dark path again, Karen bargains with Fisk, saying if he lets her be, she'll give him the identity of his greatest enemy.
Episode 7 to 13:
Here a pretty close adaption of Born Again starts. While Fisk is destroying Matt's life, Karen is searching for redemption, trying her hardest to fight her urge after the heroin, and also to get to Matt and help him in any way she can.
Fisk tried his hardest to destroy Matt's life, but it wasn't enough. Matt fights his way back. His rise from rock bottom almost drives Fisk mad. He cannot believe that Matt doesn't give up. That he continues to fight, no matter what. He realises that Matt truly is a man without fear.
Desperate to kill Matt once and for all, Fisk breaks Poindexter out of prison. Poindexter, now obsessed with Daredevil more than ever, takes up the name "Bullseye" and a costume, to mimic his obsession. Bullseye turns Hell's Kitchen into ... well, hell, to draw out Daredevil. Daredevil and Bullseye engage in a fight for the ages. The fight ends up in a church, and Karen finally finds Daredevil, gun in hand. She is determined to save Matt from what she's done, whatever the cost. Bullseye attacks Karen, and is about to kill her, but Daredevil manages, just barely, to save her, and knock out Bullseye. Karen and Matt collapse in each other's arms. She's begging for forgiveness. He's saying that there's nothing to forgive.
