The entire film is filled with great performances left to right. James Horner gives one of if not the best score of his life in this movie. The final battle in the film is set up so great. Man I swear when Matthew Broderick and Denzel Washington are killed in the end so with the whole 54th it actually had me to a couple of tears. Matthews charecter you can tell doesnt what to be the person he is but for them to do what they do he has to be a leader and thats what he is. Over all one of the best War films I personally ever seen.

If you havent seen the film Watch it. Very great movie and undderated film

Very under-rated movie, but damn good. In my opinion, the best Vietnam war movie

The film was nominated for 5 academy awards and even lead to a Denzel Washington supporting actor win. is critically acclaimed and on IMDB's top 250 films of all time list. hardly underrated.

Intolerable Cruelty.

I thought Clooney and Zeta-Jones gave great performances.

I thought the same thing when I saw he had Glory up there. Mine is Lucky Number Slevin

superman returns was not underrated. It should have never been filmed.

This is not the overrated thread :woot:

But seriously, I'd say Spider-Man 3 is very underrated. The movie has several flaws, but it is not the disaster 3rd installment people make it out to be. This movie is highlighted by great effects and James Franco's movie stealing performance. Brock needed another scene with Gwen, and Sandman maybe needed another character scene. Yes, the Butler scene is stupid. But otherwise, it is a solid movie.

I enjoy it

Sure, now it's good. But, back then.. oh well

In Bruges

Great performances, great storyline, and great setting.

It's one of the best dark comedies to have come out in a long while . I love how it turns exceptionally brutal and ironic towards the end . I'm suprised that it has not caught on better .

I'd say Suicide Kings , Christopher Walken was excellent .

Same. I loved the humor and drama all at the same time and the end was just wow.

Life Aquatic..?

i thought that was funny . i think some of the humor goes over peoples heads or you have to enjoy the quirkiness. it was subtle but i enjoyed it.

The final scene between Oak and Tellis is probably one of the alternately saddest and greatest scenes I've seen in a long time.

Plus, how can you not love a guy like Oak?

Great movie indeed! I'm not that alone :hehe:
