My fiancee is on what seems like a never ending diet. Lord knows she doesn't need it, but for Valentine's Day I'm considering buying some overly expensive but mouth watering looking strawberries. Now, here's the dilemma. Should I respect her diet and order yogurt covered strawberries, or should I say screw it and order chocolate covered? Don't say both, because they're like $60 a dozen.

One day won't kill her.

It'll probably make her crave it more but it won't kill her.

I agree, believe me. The main fear is that she may not friggin' eat the things because they're chocolate.

Do what I do.

If she doesn't eat it, fling them at the wall, yell obsentities at her til she cries and storm off.

She won't tell you no next time.

We're talking about a 122 lb. 5'4 woman. She's a ******. There is absolutely no need for her to be on a diet. Hell, when she got on the diet, she was only about 135. Trust me, she's not right in the head. She's likely to kick me in the cahoneys for tempting her. :o

buy normal strawberries and provide both dips....

heck, you merely have to cover them yourself and refrigerate/freeze them the night before

by providing her with the choice, she'll probably love you more for it el mariachi

;)

Cheap and easy, but there's no way in hell I can get strawberries of this quality. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

why don't you go pick them from some vinyard...

post a video of yourself doing it on youtube and send her the link so she knows what effort you've gone to

If she's that crazy about her diet, then get her the yogurt covered ones. Why chance her not liking them?

holiday exception! chocolate, of course. she probably secretly/openly wants them that way. :)

Well, that's one strategy.
Force-Feeding is way hotter though.

Holiday exception should carry over to vacation right? If so, then no go. Even on vacation she's on a diet. :(

So what you really want is to see a video of some guy shooting me in the ass with saltrock for picking his strawberries. I'll get right on it.

IN the Uk, you can go and pick your own strawberries at a local farm, you go out with a basket and you pay based on the weight of the strawberries you bring back, obviously you down about a million when you are out there but that's half the fun.

nice days out actually...made a nice strawberry and apple crumble last time, mmmm....

see if there is anywhere local around you where you can do it. Are strawberries even in season around you?

that aside, if you could get that video, it'd be much appreciated

I don't know of anywhere around here we could do that. Honestly....I'd rather just pay the $60. :o

i'm on it

Don't your eyes do that when you're getting turned on force-feeding a tied up chick?
I measured mine once...2.8 inches.

Sounds like she has some self-image issues and possibly struggles with how to eat in a healthy manner. Why don't you take that $60 and buy you and her some joint sessions with a nutritionist who will help the both of you learn how to eat smarter and more healthy for the long haul so that it's not a constant diet thing for her, but more of a proper nutrition thing? You could do it under the auspice that you thought it would be a fun thing to do together and that you want to learn how the two of you can eat more healthy since you'll be getting married soon and will want to take good care of each other for the long haul. :)

If you get her yogurt coverred strawberries I wish you the best on the ensuing conversation which will have you telling her that even you bought those instead of chocolate you do not think she is fat....

It is partly a sef image thing, but alot of it also has to do with the fact that the weight is staying off with how she's eating now. She does eat pretty well. If there was anything I wish I could get her to do it would be get more red meat into her diet. I honestly don't think she's taking in enough fat, but she's ****ing hard headed.
