Sequels Venom Returns...how?

well simply i don't know how he would return but i know a gernade can't take out both of them especially when bonded

I can't figure out a way to bring him back.

As I've said, we did see Brocks' skeleton in the explosion. However, anything is possible.

i agree about the skeleton part but what if the bomb emitted a light so bright thats all u see is the silhouette of the skeleton. just a thought but as i stated many times i would like to see them go the Ultimate Spider-Man route. Uncle Ben is gone but they never touched on who Peter's father really was. I would like to see that both Brock's and Parker's father were scientist who have already discovered a different sample of the symbiote. Parker's bio-logical father is already deceased yet Brock's father is still alive and friends with Dr. Connors. Which can leave the possibilities open for the return of Venom as well as enter the Lizard. and i know too many villains can ruin a movie but the xmen movies did pretty good as far as multiple villains. they just need to keep linking the stories up. i would like a carnage cliffhanger in Spider-Man 4 as well as a cliffhanger for the return of Doc Ock. basically if at all possible make it so that the series eventually leads up to the Sinister 6 which can be introduced respectively in Spider-Man "6"

the easiest way would be that the explosion blew him off the roof. That makes the most sense to me.

you know how to bring him back? re-edit sm3 and save him

Does Venom have to be Eddie Brock? I would rather it be Eddie Brock but if they can make Venom someone else then I think that's the solution. Preferably someone tougher looking than Topher Grace. Nothing against him, it was just bad casting.

That's actually not a bad idea. However, I doubt that's wha happened. I mean, we didn't see his body after the explosion. I'm not saying he's dead even though we all should assume he's dead for now, but I am saying that there wasn't really any hints that he was alive. Well, I don't think there was, but I could be wrong.

i just remember before the explosion the sybmiote was already wrapping around brock so he has a chance of surviving the explosion. and i like DORIGHT's idea. we see the wrapping of the sybmiote around brock, then the silhouette of the skeleton caused by the explosion for a split second and even Spidey turns away but for the next split second the screen blinds u by the bright light from the explosion but they never show anything off screen. all we see is what is left of the symbiote. so there could be a possibility of brock being blown off with the symbiote still on him. i could almost picture brock on another part of the building glued to an iron beam thanks to whatever part of the symbiote he has that wrapped around him at the last second.

in the comics Venom has gone through alot worse and survived and thats all i gotta say

Too bad these aren't the comics :o

I have a way. They could always use the Angelo Fortunato character. There was the obvious untainted connors sample, if the writers so wish, could use the last parts form the building site which will evolve to survive or may mutate due to the rays from the goblin bomb and as a result bond with kassady who becomes carnage. There simple.:oldrazz:

Just say the symbiote quickly rejoined Venom, & fooled Spidey by having a fake skeleton. Brock is badly injured though & disapears. I think Venom should be the arch-nemesis who actually survives more than one movie. I don't count Doom since his movies sucked big time.

i agree with more Spidey fans though i would like the next movie to be more focused on Lizard and Kraven as the villains and have the arabic long haired guy from The Mummy play Kraven he's perfect for the role. Yet they should bring Venom back for the soul purpose that he is so connected to Spidey. The symbiote has now informed everything to Brock and they didn't really explain that in Spider-Man 3 but i would like them to explain how the symbiote truly works. Its weaknesses, its abilities, and how it feeds off negative energy. I would like them to explain all of that by going the Ultimate Comics route and bring in Eddie Brock Sr. (since in Spider-Man 3 Brock would introduce himself as Eddie Brock "Jr.") I would like to see at the end of Spider-Man 4 after they turned Dr. Connors back to normal a cliffhanger for Venom's return, enter Carnage and it all involves Dr. Connors and Brock Sr. as old colleagues. Also explain how Peter's biological father and Brock Sr. discovered a different sample of they sybmiote in the past and did some research on it as to how it can cure cancer. (which can also leave an opportunity open for Sandman's return who's trying to cure his daughter) But in Spidey 4 Brock Sr. reveals he's found his son and needs Dr. Connors help to remove the symbiote off of Brock. Or something to that effect to leave Spider-Man 5 open to the possibility of the villains being Venom and Carnage.

This is a comic book film and those are all fictional characters. We're talking here about a guy wrapped in an alien life form that that creates enormous teeth and then returns them to normal just for us to see "the emotion" of the character. I think the return of such character would not be so unrealistic comparing to his morphing abilities. Every character in these franchises can return. Cyclops can return as a Sinister's clone. Jean can resurrect for real and live up to her name. Norman can return via the healing factor of the formula... Dock Ock cannot return!!! He died in every aspect of that word... there was even a symbolism with the lights from his tentacles, not to speak that he was the only character that lived to his greatness and name. He was used perfectly and his death was inevitable. Venom can replicate some of Brock's DNA and fuse with it, creating it's own host. There was a lot of symbiote that was scattered throughout the construction site. Remember the time when Spidey and Venom were falling and fighting... Venom put some of his symbiote to Spidey which he eventually threw off somewhere... not to mention the enormous amounts of black webs which are also a part of the symbiote, what happened to them?... and there was also a lot of the symbiote scattered from the explosion...
Now there's a question whether it's a smart move for Venom to return, and if that happens Carnage is inevitable... but for myself... I wanted a final battle with Venom and Spidey on a cathedral during a rain storm, and that didn't happen, so I'm hoping to see that in the future (if not in a Spidey film, than in a "spectacular spidey show":)

Maybe they don't have to explain how he survived. he just shows up making trouble for spider-man, and spider-man is like "I thought you were dead."

Venom doesn't necessarily have to explain to Spider-Man "Well this is what happened, you see I actually"

It might not be necessary to expalin how he's alive. They could just show him alive and leave it at that. Might be the easiest way to do it.

After watching spiderman 3, Brock and the symbiote could have escaped without death. Spiderman and the audience could not see anything behind the explosion. The symbiote could have easily attached itself to a beam and carried enough of itself and brock up outta ahrms way with a slingshot manuever. The rest of the symbiote burns away. Classic comic book save for the bad guy. The hero didnt actually see the death but though he did.

Actually, what the audience didn't see what was the secret cameo of Mysterio. We know that a lot of SM3 got cut, so Bruce Campbell was going to be Mysterio. And at the end of SM3 where apparently Venom gets blown up, it was just an illusion. Venom had an escape vehicle which he jumped off. I suspect a Spider-Man 3.1 will reveal that. Expect Venom to be back for his own spin-off movie, then Spider-Man 4 & 5, then Venom vs Freddy vs Jason, directed by Mysterio.

Yea but we, the audience, saw what happened and we clearly saw Brock turn to dust

Not to mention a beautiful skeleton in that explosion:

They didn't get the CGI artists to put that in for their health. Brock is dead. Simple as that.
