Video Failure

My console has what i assume to be video failure. I get perfect sound but no picture. I tried a new AV cable and that didn't help. Called a place and they said id have to buy a new system. Now before I do that does anyone here know anything about my problem?

same exact thing happened to me, my warranty expired so i ended up paying $100 to get a refurb which took me about 2-3 weeks. I actually just got it back yesterday lol.
