With these three easy to use and very small programs, you can have your XP looking like a Vista (only it's compatible with most programs and it is easy to use)

My Only concern is, will all of these work together? Or is there another patch out there that will change everything in one?

If you want XP to look like Vista then you should check into VTP 7 (Vista Transformation Pack)

Windoblinds works great, but it wont give you crap like the clock widget.
If that's just such a big deal to you do a google search for "Vista themes for XP"
