Yeah, we are looking to publish this through either Image, Icon, or another creator-owned venue, so we are looking for a level of quality here. We can't offer money, but we can offer a finished product that will look great in a portfolio and a project that could become your future calling card as a colorist (as well as a percentage of whatever the books make later on, of course).
We need someone who can bring depth and dimension to the panels through their colors and has an understanding of values, hues and chroma. We need someone who can implement lighting effect digitally as well as someone who can work quickly. It's a lot to ask, I know, but believe me it will be well worth it.
DorkyFresh's pencils and inks are AMAZING, honestly and this is a story that I have been kicking around in my head for a while and it is something I am quite proud to see coming to life. It's an 8 issue arc and the script is finished and we are 9 pages deep in the first issue's inks and pencils.
