Nancy hasnt loved anyone in a while so I doubt she loved the russian woman. She just didnt want to get killed herself or hurt.

I love this show but I couldn't tell you why. Characters like Celia and Andy etc are so on the face of it unsympathetic but you do end up caring about them (they, as well as the cannabis are the weeds of the title). I think last season when Nancy is spanked by Estaban on their first meeting then rings him up asking for a date was so cheeky it was amazing. Then to top that 13 year old Shane loses his virginity to a couple of teen skanks who are impressed when he picks a fight with the most popular boy in school?

But when Nancy is complicit in letting Estaban kill the 2 DEA agents the show takes a massively darker tone. I think she's a good person but she's got herself in way over her head, much more so than when she was in Agrestic. I would like show to move out of it's current Sopranos like vibe and get back to just the Botwins and their struggle to survive in the pot world

I definetly didnt expect to see a 3 year jump. While things seemed to change on Nancy's end, the rest of her family seem to be right where they left off last season as if only a couple of months passed. I didnt quite see much of a difference with them

I wasnt expecting them to change since they havent changed that much since the beginning except for Shane being more pshyco. But I wonder how long they are going to do this half wayhouse thing since Nancy should be in there for awhile unless they have her run away again or jump foward another year to her full release.

Nancy is a f---ing mess. There is absolutely NO hope for her. She seems worse now if thats even possible. She has no chance for rehabilitation and she really doesnt even want to reform. I wonder how long it will be till she's in prison again or dead. And now she's most likely going to drag her children back into this? I like her but dang, she's awful

I haven't been able to keep up with the current series but I believe in Nancy, as long as she can keep her family around her she'll be ok

I thought that too! Just saw it and so glad to see Heylia back! I hope Conrad appears as well. That was such a great and surprising ending.

Oh and I hope Celia pops up. Ive missed her

BTW, do the cops know that Nancy was dealing drugs or was she just arrested for the death of the woman, Shane killed? I cant remember the details of her incarceration

And I loved that ending! I was hoping they would head towards Agrestic which I hope ends up happening at some point. Time to go back to the beginning.

I jumped for joy once Heylia showed face. Best moment in this season so far. I now have hope for it again.

I gave up on this series in the middle of last season. It was just so horrible. But reading some of how this season is going maybe it'll be worth checking out again, or not if this is really the last season.

Ever since they literally burned their town down and ran for it I've felt it was shaky. Then the whole Mexico/on the run thing... blah. It was called Weeds, not Mexican Drug Cartel. Not saying it couldn't have branched out or expanded but come on, it completely left its premise and went loco.

I dont know how he woudl know if this were the final season (which I wouldnt mind). But they havent said anything about it 100% ending this year.

The new season is really starting to feel like old Weeds again.

I doubt this is the last season, because anyone in their right mind would promote it that way. Weeds deserves a proper ending, not a network cut off. Hopefully they have a plan.

Pretty good season finale I hope weeds returns next season. As for who the shooter is it could be peters kid the creator said it's someone from past season's.

I was reading the cast and Jenji's contracts are done so unless they can work out another contract, Weeds is finished. They said they did have ideas for season 8 and know where they would take it. A friend of mine said some of the main cast already have other shows so scheduling conflicts would probably occur.

Everyone has said they would love to continue Weeds so renewing it wont be a problem for an 8th and final season since thats the gossip around the web what Showtime is thinking of doing. But this season has been good, a lot better then the previous 2.

I preferred last season to the current one. I miss the family sticking together. I grew to hate Nancy this season, Silas came across as a prick and I hated them at odds with each other. I didnt like Andy trying to go legit and sort of seperate himself. Shane was probably the one who came across the best this season. I also didnt care for many of the new characters introduced. I found last season on the run more enjoyable

Nah, this season brought the show back to its roots in my opinion. No more of that on the run stuff. The show is called "Weeds". Let's get back to dealing!

The ending was a shocker. My heart really dropped when the beam appeared on Nancy's forehead. But I wonder who the shooter could be? Maybe it's Esteban. They never showed a body or attended a funeral if I remember correctly. Maybe his death was staged.
