Weird Sound Problem

Every few seconds or so I keep hearing this weird sound it sounds like a I dont know bubble pop sort of thing & it is very annoying. Has anyone had this problem before ?

you a probably using firefox and you are also probably refreshing alot. correct?

Yes I am using Firefox & I would not say alot but I have my moments
