The trailer show Scarlett is with Cap team.
And Black Panther can change team during the movie, follow his own agenda, we can't know his roles from leaked concept art.

2. pro-reg won't have anything to do with secret identities.

The movie isn't going to be about registration at all. It's going to be about governments of the world wanting to hold the Avengers accountable and deciding when the Avengers can be called in.

As a couple of people have pointed out, Feige & Boseman both described BP as "neutral" & "his own man". And Wanda is seen in the footage on Cap's team, without Sharon.

I hope Scarlett Witch and Spidey are involved because I gotta say, as things stand... these teams seem kinda underwhelming.

I agree, this would have been the perfect movie to bring some of the TV characters in IMO, Deathlok, Quake, Daredevil and Punisher would have boosted the rosters pretty well.
