Away from here, what is your life ? Jobs, interests (aside from comics, graphic novels, films, CBM's etc)

I am a high school English teacher at a private school. Aside from comicbooks, my interests encompass music, history and writing. I have been playing guitar for eight years (self-taught) and am preparing to release my debut historical-fantasy novel via Smashwords. In my spare time, my wife and I run a burgeoning social media endeavor for consumer technology reviews. My wife and I are also dabbling in wedding photography as a weekend venture for additional household income. We had our first training gig last night.

Should be interesting to find out about the vocations and hobbies among our nerdy numbers here on Hype.

It's a diversion nowadays. I stopped collecting years back in my late teens and mainly reread classics or recommendations. I joined the Hype just to air my thoughts on Man of Steel, and hung around because people here know what they're talking about when it comes to movies and such.
