Haven't seen you on here in a while, AJ.
Seriously? I've been back for at least a couple of weeks. I tend to come back when something about comics is announced, get sucked in, wean myself off, lose interest, then something else gets announced and the cycle repeats.

Plus, I REALLY want to get my post count to 3000 so I can get a bigger avvie.

I love snow - but I hate going outside in winter.

Snow is precipitation in the form of crystalline water ice, consisting of a multitude of snowflakes. Since it is composed of small rough particles it is a granular material. It has an open and therefore soft structure, unless packed by external pressure.

Snow is commonly formed when water vapor undergoes deposition high in the atmosphere at a temperature of less than 0°C, and then falls to the ground. Snow is less dense than rain, which means the same amount of moisture will produce a greater volume of snow than it will rain. One rule of thumb is that the water in eight units of snow is equivalent to one unit of rain

I concur with the above observation and statements.

****, I've been wearing only a (somewhat thin) sweater outside over t-shirts and I'm doing just fine in this great, great city of mine. :cmad:
