Richard and Mary Parker, Undercover Shield agents who were murdered while on assignment.

Their only child, Peter is taken in by Richard's older brother Ben with apparently his own income to provide for little Pete.

If they were CIA agents, they'd have had a real plan to take care of Peter's needs....

;)

Everyone seems to get a sweet leather jumpsuit.

Not sure that its really beneficial though . . .

I remember the new Benefits package that Stark Implemented when he took over was explained in an issue, though I forget all the details. He basically turned into a business, putting a daycare center on the helicarriers, Casual Fridays, Full Medical, Dental, and Life, and some other stuff that doesn't really have any business in a military organization.

why don't military people deserve Medical, Dental and Life?

I meant the casual Fridays and Profit sharing stuff.

A daycare center? Yes, SHIELD agents have always struck me as family people :woot:. (As for benefits, I'll bet SHIELD pays for your funeral.)

HA! You're joking, right? Wouldn't a daycare center NOT be a good idea in case, oh I don't know, the Helicarrier was ever taken over by a Skrull infestation and BLOWN UP by former director Maria Hill? Just wondering. :cwink:

Perhaps they have a Fight Club style personal burial money in their boots thing going on.

If McCain or Colbert are elected they will definitely cut benefits for Vets and SHIELD agents.

Latverian soldiers are the best cared for in the world.

:doom: :doom: :doom:

Don't forget spiffy white leather gloves & boots, and LMD's for high ranking agents for use in avoiding assassinations or fooling their spouses.

Pfft, I bet they gotta buy their own Leather Gloves and Boots like Bus drivers, they just get a discount.

Yeah, I would hope that an organization could see the benefits of providing childcare services without like, actually placing those services inside an active paramilitary facility.

Oh yeah, that's probably a smarter idea. Good thinking fifthfiend :cwink:
