Sure, they're beautiful dogs and are great pets but they shed like crazy... all that fuzzy fur gets everywhere.

I never owned one but had a friend who did... she was always vacumming.

keepem well groomed and they're not a prob. My second retriever moved on last year. They're not bad, best pet ever, behind the cats of the black ninja clan.

I've got a Westie/Labrador mix goin' on at my house. He's got the body structure of a lab, but the details of a westie, and his size is between the two.

Shelby is not a golden retreiver, Golden's dont have a reddish coat like that. He's more like an Irish setter (below) or maybe a setter/retriever cross....

Hmmmm..... Uhm, I don't think so.

Irish Setters aren't just red, their coats are longer and flowing...

This dog's coat is too fluffy to be an Irish Setter. I'm pretty sure he is a golden retriever:

I'm guessing he's an Irish Setter/Golden Retriever mix. His fur's not quite yellow enough to be fully retriever, but not red and long enough to be a full setter.
