What next for the WWE, does it have a reason to exist?

Right, but the insults started when all of you anti-wrestling people started calling the fans "******s" and "gay". I just see no need for it. But then again, I really have no idea how old everybody is so some of you very well could be in the 3rd grade.

I'm 21. Far from being in the third grade and if I ever said someone was ''gay" or ''stupid" for liking wrestling. I apologize. :o. I don't recall doing so, but sometimes I have temporary insanity. If you like it. That's your thing. And that's cool with me. I just don't understand why you do. It requires no talent. No sense of professionalism. No, well you get the picture.

Yeah, you can bash the sport all you'd like. There are even times when even I don't feel like watching because something has grown stale. It's these blanket assumption that blow my mind.

And anyway, there's something to be said about people who use "gay" and "******" to describe something they don't like anyway.

I feel like I'm surrounded by ignorance. If there's something I don't like; I'd be more than willing to say "I don't like this; and I hope the people that do, enjoy it". Like NASCAR, I think it's one of the dumbest pasttimes in the history of mankind. I'd never call all its fans "******s" or "gay" though. What are we, in 3rd grade?

We have gotten away from the point and degenerated into insulting each other. So getting back in track, we have 3 people dead before their time. 1 of which was a 22 year pro wrestler, who appears to have murdered his wife and son. the media wants to just attach steroids to it and leave it at that. Ex-employees who had no problem taking the WWE's money are now crawling out of the woodwork to do interviews on Fox News and everywhere else. who is to blame...the WWE for the demands placed on their talent, the culture it promotes....or chris benoit himself

Seriously though, wrestling just doesn't appeal to me anymore. That's not to say that I don't think it has a reason to exist. It obviously still attracts large audiences.

No talent or professionalism? This is a profession that requires 300 plus days a year of travel on a constant basis. Being in New York one night, and Philadelphia the night after, and Florida the night after. Being able to maintain a physique much above average (especially compared to anyone on this board, myself included) and constant scrutiny and interaction with the general public. if that isn't professionalism or some form of it i dont know what is

Try: sitting on your behind and posting on a superhero message board criticizing pro-wrestling. That's professionalism. :o

i feel extremely professional, especially when i post in my underwear

I called them ******ed but I didn't call anyone gay, i'm not homophobic if guys want to watch other guys rolling around on the ground in shorts acting out "slapping" each other and stuff, it's up to them. I don't judge.

WWE hasn't been th same since Stone cold steve austin and he Rock left. The best era in recent memory has to have been 1997 to 2002, i beleive it was called the attuide era.

But clearly you do judge. You definately seem to think you're more intelligent than people that enjoy watching wrestling.

Agreed.

Yeah. You're definitely homophobic.

well this whole Benoit situation is casting a harsh light on the WWe, the fans, and anyone associated with pro wrestling. if any positive change comes out of this, i will be surprised.

Well obviously i do, they watch wrestling.

And now I sort of see why people don't like you.

And anyway, there's something to be said about people who use "gay" and "******" to describe something they don't like anyway.

As an online gamer, I agree with this. Those two phrases get thrown around like wildfire at the slightest annoyance. It's sort of funny how people throw it around at each other, though. I'm betting half of the people who do that half borderline IQ and the usual overabundance of male posturing.

I guess everyone who lives in London must be idiotic homophobes who regret the day they were born.

See how generalizations work? :o

Not really as most of us don't watch wrestling. It's O.K.if you like watching half naked men pretend to slap each other. Enjoy it! That's not a generalisation it's a statement about what people into wrestling are doing. You get the distinction? Of course you don't! You watch wrestling. You have so many posts in such a short time Army dragon. Here's another observation you spend a lot of time posting and watching T.V. :) You're cool  No, no your life isn't cool, sorry to hear that. I look forward to reading your post when i'm next online in about a week.

Enjoy your online gaming, i'm off up the driving range.

What the hell does the bit in bold mean, i can't fathom your "incredible" sentence structure, are you sure it reads right?
