What other genres of films would you like to see in the MCU?

Along with a spy thriller, horror, dark fantasy, and kung fu movie, I'd love for them to do an action adventure movie in the same vein as Indiana Jones or the first Pirates of the Caribbean movies.

Two Gun Kid would make a great Western, also Rawhide Kid would definitely be something fresh and new

Martial Arts epics starring Shang Chi and also White Tiger (Ava)

I can see a Moon Knight Netflix series going towards a trippy David Lynch-style psycholocical thriller series where you have a schizophrenic POV character which allows for some really cool storytelling possibilities. You'd have events in one episode retconned in the next to the point where it would become the ultimate water cooler series where any plot twist is possible with the neverending question as to whether or not Marc Spector is actually in touch with Khonshu which Doctor Strange knows the answer to but it'll never be confirmed.
