I’ll admit, it’s been kind of a chore to get through these movies. I remember liking them more when it came out in theaters. Maybe it’s just the extended editions (first time seeing them).

I think this is my 4th time rewatching this series over the years. I saw the first 2 in the cinema, and I remember seeing Chamber of Secrets on a field trip actually when I was 9. After that, I sort of drifted away from the series until 2011 when Deathly Hallows Part 2 released. Then I watched all the rest that I missed, and realized how connected to my upbringing these movies are. So every time i rewatch them now, all I can think of is my childhood and teen years and for that, I'll always be thankful. Still a truly fantastic series.

Very lighthearted fun that has a bit of a TV movie feel at times, there's a couple of decent action sequences and Gal steals the show, clearly having a lot of fun in her role.
