Halloween Kills - 1/10

There is legitimacy nothing happening in this film. It is an absurd outing. Every possible theme depicted is immediately "explained" through some garbage dialogue and everything else is just dumb as ****.

Evil dies tonight!

I gave Halloween (2018) a 5/10 for context and will watch Ends in a minute. I'm hoping it's just as ridiculous, so I can just laugh more.

A Tv movie Based on a horrific true story from the 1980s , which lead to the passage of one of the first Anti Stalking Laws in The United States.

Very unsettling and foreboding ,
Features great performances from Brooke Shields ( The Flower Shop Mysteries) and Richard Thomas ( The Waltons, IT the 1990 miniseries) .

It's also under the title of I Can Make You Love Me.
I used to live in the Bay Area, so this one hits close to home for me.

It's a truly tragic story.

I was a child growing up in LA County when this happened, so I actually never even heard of the case until I watched the film recently .

I looked up the facts to see if the film was exaggerating the events , as " based on " films usually do , but the film was pretty true to what actually happened unfortunately.

Hadn’t seen this in probably 30+ years. I remembered this being much more cool than it is.

Man this movie was not good.
I've always found it interesting that Alien came out just three years after Logan's Run. Even though they obviously are very different types of sci-fi movies, Alien is pretty timeless in terms of production design while this really feels dated.

Absolutely unhinged trilogy man. Liked this one much more than Kills, but tis still pretty absurd how weird this trilogy became after the fairly standard first entry.

Vital filmmaking.

Not sure if 3rd or maybe 4th watch. I still have a couple of minor nitpicks, but they don't really matter. Excellent concept, great tension and great protagonist. Obviously the best Predator movie since the first one without a question (and I will still always hold the second one with all time favourite Danny Glover as an enjoyable sequel.).

An old favourite. It's always felt to me like a modern adaption of some 50/60s sci-fi novel. Despite the cold dystopian theme, it's still very atmospheric and timeless. I for instance love that they're driving old classics like Studebaker Avanti, Continental Mark II, Citroën DS and Rover 3500 in the future. Great cast as well (and Uma is of course ridiculously stunning here). This must also have been one of Ernest Borgnine's very last performances.

History Of The World Part I, it is the only Brooks film I have not seen all the way through at least his spoof films.
