If you want a movie that has Chinese Nazis, Samurai Road Warriors, female Amazon warriors wearing matching Sheena Queen of the Jungle leopard skin bathing suits, ghosts, hopping vampires, two Chinese guys wearing Scottish kilts and tams....all set to the music stolen from John Carpenter's ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK....then I have the movie for you.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past (The Rogue Cut 2014)

I really enjoyed it and as usual, Magneto (both versions but mainly Fassbender) was the standout to me. I also enjoyed McAvoy's Xavier and Wolverine a lot and to a lesser extent Mystique. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10.

My favourite Spider-Man movie to date, Tom Holland is brilliant, Mysterio is a great villain adaption played pitch perfect by Jake Gyllenhaal and the film balances humour, drama and visually stunning set pieces perfectly.

More emotionally invested in this compared to the original. Villenueve is probably my favorite director working right now.

The Witch - 10/10
A rewatch. Incredibly tense all the way through with stunning performances from the actors. One of my favorite films in the last decade. Really excited for Eggers’ The Lighthouse.
