This movie is overrated. Good and highly enjoyable, but overrated.
I have high respects for it as the movie most influential on how Resident Evil 2 (original game to be more specific) shaped up to be.

Starting with Street Fighter this has been a good run of movies that I had, some of them are great, some are good, some are less impressive when it comes to quality, but when it comes to the joy scale they've all been pretty high, with Rambo II being the lowest at 7/10.

Halloween 5 (the thing I enjoy the most about this original Halloween series is watching Donald Pleasence's Dr Loomis slowly unravel! )

I love it when Loomis goes overboard in his pursuit of the greater good and gives into his darker nature. H5 is a cheesy '80s schlockfest, but goddamn if it isn't a first rate cheesy '80s schlockfest. I enjoy it a great deal, even if it is undoubtedly in the lower echelon of the series.
