Witness

Harrison Ford and Kelly McGillis.

Peter's Weir's film is actually two different movies. Act One and Three are the crime thriller part. The second act is a cultural clash love story. It's the second act that makes the film succeed. John's Seale's cinematography and Maurice Jarre's music add to the movie's feel and this is one of Ford's more subtle performances earning him an Oscar nomination.

I have always regarded Witness as a truly amazing film.

It’s not only very good storytelling, but the blending of two worlds, John Book’s rough and tough police life, mixing with Rachel and Sam’s peaceful Amish customs is rather incredible.

The name of that song is a Wonderful World, by the way

Some dumb nonsense that doesn't add up as a sequel, and makes no sense as a movie.

I'll give the movie credit for that funny moment this gif is from, and that Barry Allen actually searched for his missing son this time. That guy from the Incredible Hulk TV series did not look for his son who stayed in school from morning til night time, and nobody cared that he skipped math test and all his classes for a day to read a book in the attic.

Mr. Korreander is a jerk full of cryptic crap, and Bastian is a jerk too.
