What's Next For Sam Raimi?

Since I'm not too into the Shadow or Jack Ryan, and WoW is ******ed, I'd like if Raimi returned to his horror roots. Doesn't have to be another Evil Dead or a DMtH sequel-esque movie, we're ona shortage of decent horror movies that aren't remakes.

WoW will probably be his next movie though I rather see him do more horror movies. He does his best work on Horror/Comedy movies.

i think Horror is the way to go. I dug Drag me to Hell quite a bit more than Spider-man 3. And World of Warcraft... I don't even think that is a good idea at all.

I wouldn't mind seeing WoW. But the poor man would have to go through another time consuming and stressfull film. Maybe he should do another smaller film. It doesn't even have to be a horror film.

Sequel to Army of Darkness!

Though Liam Neeson is fairly hot right now, a return to Darkman could be a good idea if he could get him back.

However, I'm hoping that Sony's attempts to reboot Spidey turn out like WB's attempts to do SR2/Reboot Superman with one failed attempt after another forcing Sony to crawl back to Raimi and allowing him to make SM4 on his own terms.

I'm hoping that too.

I can't express in words just how pissed off I am at Sony right now. They ruined a perfectly good franchise IMHO in 2007 and they get rid of the director and cast and want to make Twilight-Spider-Man!!!

No, I respect LotR, I just couldn't get much into their storyline. Each movie was great in its own right, but all are only one time viewings for me.

He was the main guy in charge of Xena right so we're going to get big screen Night Elfs jumping around wailing like Xena, NO!

This is all wrong, they need to get someone who understands Warcraft understands the lore and minute details.

I really hope something happens and he get's thrown off Warcraft, Blizzard need to hire someone else, OR as long as Blizzard hold full creative control and Metzen literally feeds Raimi what to do then it'll be ok, but if Metzen doesn't.... Raimi's gonna let loose and kill this, the only person on the planet who can pull of Warcraft is James Cameron! Avatar proved this!

Right now I'm watching Sam ruin Terry Goodkind's books while using it as a platform to try out new filming techniques that seem to be used quite heavily in his upcoming Spartacus.

I don't know, I like "Legend of the Seeker" better than "Hercules." It's about on par with "Xena" IMO.

Starz and Raimi just want to capitalize on 300's success by making "Spartacus" stylized like 300 with the soap-opera theatrics of HBO's "Rome" series.
