Borderlands: Gunsight -- John Shirley
Ninth house -- Leigh Bardugo
I liked it a lot. It ended like there will be more (not a cliffhanger) and I will gladly read what's next.i'm reading this now? did you love it?
i'm a big fan of her other books so i hope i really get into this one too

Funny how we both read it at the same time. Lol
I started to watch that show but I'm not a huge fantasy fan. I prefer urban fantasy like Ninth House where it takes place here but there's magic or monsters or whatever. Clive Barker type stuff.i'm only 40% complete at the moment but will def finish by year's end. she's already working on the sequel and i like enough of what i have read so far to be on the look for that too. like i said, i'm a big fan of her writing and the Netflix series Shadow and Bone is based on her works

Gonna check this out.The Horrors of Fox Hollow Farm: Unravelling the History and Hauntings of a Serial Killer's Home, by Richard Estep and Robert Graves.
All the supernatural accounts are almost certainly mostly BS, but it still made for a pretty fun and spooky read. It also introduced me to a fascinating serial killer I'd never heard of before, of whom there is regrettably little information about. So yeah a surprisingly enjoyable book.
