What's the name of that movie? Thread

I remember this movie about little aliens who wear world war 2 air force clothing. They run around this small town for a night with some kids I think. They have a lot of banter between them like the Teenage ninja turtles do.

I can't remember the name of it though.

When I was young my friend always spoke of a horror movie and one day he brought it over and we watched it together, I remember thinking it was awesome. It was an 80's horror movie and I believe it was called Devil Wind, but I search everywhere and can't find it. I'm stuck because I don't remember any of the actual story or anything like that, and that's the most annoying part of it.

Only horror movie I can think of that has anything to due with a devil or wind is dust devil but it was from the 90's.

There was this movie about these Babies in the secret service or something, and one of them looked exactly like a regular baby. Then they get switched... and well you can guess what happens. Also, babies can speak baby-language but at the age of 3 they can't anymore....

Back when I was 6 I thought this movie was cool, Heartbeeps it starred Andy Kaufman and Bernadette Peters, most people tend to forget it but as far as I know the movie must've been so bad because it has never ever been shown on TV or video rentals.
