And though I'm not a fan of the entire movie, I did like his cameo in Rise of the Silver Surfer where he unsuccessfully tries to get into Reed and Sue's wedding.

his best cameo overall is Deadpool, though if I had to choose one from the MCU it's gotta be the Age of Ultron. I have a feeling his homecoming cameo will be one of the best ever.

Even though the Stan Lee cameos are more of an MCU staple now, his strip club emcee in Deadpool was my favorite. If we're strictly speaking MCU, there have been too many good ones but I'd probably give it to Age of Ultron.
