At this point it's not looking likely he will last.

I reckon 2019. They'll wait to see what happens with the mid term elections and If it doesn't work out they will sort him out much quicker

That's not how this works at all. There's no cabal deciding things. As of now there are no official charges. If there are there will be repercussions in some form or another. None of us should judge anything using the narratives of TV and movies. Watergate took many years to come to a conclusion.

What you do have right is that the mid terms are important. But even then perhaps not decisive in and of themselves. If the Democrats can get control of both houses, and that's not assured, and if there remains enough moderate Republicans in safe seats, then it's possible to have full throated congressional investigations or even impeachments but even then there are many political realities that might block those kinds of actions. There is a DOJ investigation that just handed down three indictments. This is the beginning, not the end. And the path it takes is known only to Mueller's team.

If the GOP continues to look away and Mueller's investigations continue to rack up indictments of Trump's administration... he'll probably resign or be removed from office in 2019. Just to claim some sort of "win."

That's my gut feeling.

Most likely 2021. If the Democrats won Congress in 2018 they'd attack enough to get impeachment and maybe removal but they're unlikely to win Congress, let alone that much, but they should be unified enough to be able to beat him in 2020.

I think President Trump can triumph in impeachment proceedings. I do not see anything concrete enough that really proves anything worth impeaching him over anyway, otherwise it most certainly would have happened by now. No, people are just going to have to live with the fact that he won the election and, when the time comes, they can vote him out in 2020.

On the matter of 2020, I find it highly unlikely that President Trump gets reelected. I know we all said this last year, but given what has happened so far, and now we know how President Trump is in the position, the public seems to have made up their minds about him. Unfortunately, anyone who has even one positive thing to say about the man jeopardizes their own well-being, but I think it is most certainly a sign that if President Trump wishes to win another election he truly has to do some damage control.

If things get bad enough to where they have no choice and even more Republicans start distancing themselves from him, you can best believe he'll be removed from office.

If 'President Trump' wants stay out of prison then he best be doing a hell of a lot of damage control. Not sure if you're just trolling or what but this guy makes Nixon and (Bill) Clinton look as pure as driven snow when it comes to scandals.

Considering the attack that just happned in NY all this is gonna do is bump his support.

Unless you are in America's largest cult, where Cheetoh can do no wrong and all attacks are neutered with "But shillary"

Doubt it. This isn't a 9/11 like attack where a monument was destroyed and thousands of people died. As tragic as what happened in NYC is if anything I'd like to think people know Trump will use this as a distraction, just like he was using Hurricane Irma and Maria as one as well, the smart people are well aware of what Trump will attempt to do and say now.

Honestly I could see this being dragged out into 2019 or 2020. But if Mueller really has the goods - and he might - it could be late 2018.

Agreed. Trump will overplay his hand and look like a jackass. Also, if he actually goes to New York City for a campaigns style stop to try to to exploit this attack he will probably be booed off stage.

2024. He will serve two full terms and whoever he chooses to be his successor will win as well. He is the leader of the Republican Party and the Republican Party controls the voting in this country.

so Rand Paul and Chris Christie say trump wont seek reelection 2020.

matter is if election will still exist at that point. things can go really south with trump & bannon

Honestly, I question if Trump wants to be president. I think it's just his insanely large ego that is keeping him there.

he will double, triple, quadruple, quintuple-down, etc., on the crazy, from now on, regardless. His supporters will still back him. No, it's not a good look in 2020. He's the "rebellious truth-teller" to a lot of people who otherwise simply don't give a damn about public policy management or have any genuinely nuanced grasp of its effects on people, including themselves.

Your usage of the term "trolling" pretty much invalidates your argument, but I will try to treat it with some credibility. Also not sure why President Trump is in quotes, he is literally the President at this current time.

President Trump is in almost no real danger of going to prison, it literally would have happened by now, it does not take 11 months to gather evidence on the most known and followed person in the country. "Scandals" mean nothing, they tarnish a President's reputation, but, in terms of prison and being removed from office, all they serve to do is heighten the scrutiny that is placed on the president. And with President Trump that is hardly necessary, there is so much scrutiny on him already, even without scandals.

"America's largest cult", as you so quaintly put it, is currently hovering at somewhere around 35% of the population (if that), it is hardly "large" by anyone's estimates, except your own. I do not know who "Cheetoh" is, so perhaps they can do no wrong. I also do not know who "Shillary" is. Please stay on topic.

Signs up for super hero forum... All but one post are in politics section.

Sounds legit.

Not even Evangelicals make up 35% of the population. So yes. It's indeed America's biggest cult.

Cheetoh is also known as the mango Mussolini. Also goes by orange Hitler. Twitter in chief.

Liar in Chief. Groper in Chief. The Big Yam.

People HATE him in NYC. He won't go there. His recent visit there lead to garbage trucks forming a perimeter around Trump Tower, and an inflatable Donald mockery display.
