When is Batman's birthday?

When is Bruce Wayne's birthday? I read in the Batman Begins Novelization that Bruce's bday is early November. Is this the same in the comics? It makes sense for Batman to be a scorpio.

It was Halloween on "The Batman" animated series. That's the only one I recall offhand. Pretty sure anyway.

I did a -little- digging and apparently its February 19th for Earth One Bruce, and April 7th for Earth Two. I'm not exactly sure where to verify that though.

Bat's bday has been in many different times throughout comics. Sort of like the "where is gotham city located?" question. Sometimes it is across a river from Metropolis and sometimes it takes a plane to get there. Who really knows?
