Civil War Where Would Nick Fury Have Stood in CW?

Fury wouldn't have signed them after what happened in TWS. Hill would've, as a Stark employee.

I'm still a bit surprised these two were not in it, and not even mentioned. Especially Hill since she had a decent sized part in the comics about this.

Stark's mother and Maria Hill share the same first name, so of course she would join Iron Man's side.
