If a Whale does to you,you'd be in hospital or worse. Anyway, in my opinion, Dolphins are less harmful as they are smaller. While a Whale could eat you in their bad day, and you can't really interact with it.

Maybe to us... And even then I am betting a full power thrust by a dolphin into a human body could have potential life threatening consequences (and Orcas are in the dolphin family so... Yeah an orca can kill an unarmed swimming human easily) the real issue is how dolphins treat each other.

Although there have been instances where whales (especially whales in captivity) have killed people, they almost never eat people. The big baleen whales are “filter feeders” that dine on lots of small prey (e.g., krill). In theory, toothed whales like orcas and sperm are better equipped to make a meal out of a human. But as far as I know, there are no documented cases of such.
