Anna Nicole Smith is good on the busty scale, she could use some more work in the gym, but I don't think even for this hypothetical movie she could act well enough. Maybe she could play the part if she finances it, after all she's got big money bags too.

Elisha Cuthbert for Supergirl would be great. Not even close for PG.

Katherine Heigl, nice but no PG.

Monica Keena, again nice but no PG

Dani Behr, better. She's on the low end of the PG busty scale (PG-BS) though.

My purpose for a Power Girl movie is basically just because I'm a fan of this under-used/underrated character and would like to see her in a more mainstream format. Most non-comic book fans have never even heard of her.

I only mentioned it because it's an example fo the kind of actress I'd want. As in, someone who can play the part well over someone who just has big boobs.
