• Robert Deniro as Travis Bickle (Actually my favorite movie character period plus its debatable whether he's a villain or not.)
• James Earl Jones/David Prowse as Darth Vader (Star Wars)

• Al Pacino as Tony Montana (Scarface)

My all time favorite is still Nicholson's Joker simply because of nostalgia. But Anton from No Country for Old Men could easily pass him in due time once I get to watch that movie a couple more times.
