1. Omegas death spores would kill him before he got close.
2.Omegas body is made of carbonadium alloy.. the next best thing to adamantium.

That makes no sense, this is a about close quarters combat.
Using your logic the Punisher is the best CQC fighter because he'd shoot your before the fight begins.

Well Close Quarters Combat means hand to hand over 99.9% of the time so my vote still goes to Punisher because in a fight where two people are standing near eachother he could still shoot you in the face.
