(I couldn’t think of a clever GL-related turn of phrase that could be applied to music)

Anyway, Lindelof has had a pretty great run of composers on his series, from Giacchino to Max Richter to Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. I could go for an encore from any of them, but a new collaborator would excite me too.

Honestly, I would guess he’s too in-demand for it to ever happen, but just to shoot my shot: Ludwig Göransson. His work is varied enough to me to believe he could nail the tone of a series that’s part space opera, part True Detective-esque mystery in a world of superheroes.

Bear McCreary is also someone I’ve wanted on GL for some time, and his work has been all over the map. Space sci-fi, fantasy, period drama, horror. I would be happy with him.
