Who would you like to see as Dr Strange?

What actors would you love to see? I was just thinking this as a few of us were out drinking beer and bowling, having a good time and this came up.

(This was a group of 11 friends. It was a mix of a few hard core comic fans, former comic fans who no longer read the comics but enjoy the movies and just fans who like comic movies but were never into comics)


One friend, she mentioned Johnny Depp, then another pal mentioned he didn't want a "Captain Jack" Dr Strange, then as the night went on, various names like Bradley Cooper, Michael Fassbender, Jake Gyllenhaal, even Hugh Jackman (?!?!) and of course Benedict Cumberbatch came up.

Anyway, what are choices you would like to see?

Benedict Cumberbatch of course. He was born to play exactly this part. Ewan McGregor and Sasha Baron Cohen are left field choices that I could see somehow

I'm not exaggerating in saying that if Marvel got Cumberbatch for either Doc Strange or Ant-Man(especially this film with Wright at the helm; my god that would be amazing) that film film, either one, would be amazing.
