Bruce has to be a better business man the Luthor. Where is Lexcorp now? Luthor has been reduce to making krytonite monsters beneath the sewers. His presidency ****ed up his public image, Thats why I think batman is smarter he is way in control of his sanity as opposed to Lex.

Remember, Alex's brainwaves messed up his head, that's why he behaved that dumb/irrational.

Lex built his business fromt he ground.

Bruce inherited his business from his father and Lucius is the one who built it up. Bruce probably doesn't really know what goes on in his business beyond financial statements.

They are both really smart however i would have to say lex is smarter. in Justice League Unlimited on the final episode he had to have a 12th level intellect to see the secrets of the universe. the only other 12th level intellect is Braniac

Raw intellect Lex, but Batman is close plus he lacks Lex's fatal flaw-Lex's obsession with Superman. Batman is driven and close to obsessive, but because his drive to to prevent and solve crimes, he has a much more attainable (and noble) goal than Lex.

Lex should be redeemable and until the Kryptonian massacre during War of the Superman, he was. And therefore Lex should know deep down that what he does is wrong.

Lex is more intelligent, however Bruce is far more cunning and meticulous....
