The Dark Knight WhySoSerious.com/Laughtilithurts (First Post Recap)

This is from way out of left field. I noticed a video clip on yahoo about June 20 being the happiest day of the year. There is actually a scientific formula involved. I've posted the story below and here is the link: http://www.kare11.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=515714.

According to a formula devised by a psychologist in Wales, today could be the happiest day of the year.

Cliff Arnall from the University of Cardiff in Wales cooked up the formula.

It combines things like emotions, stress, and weather, and comes up with a sort of "happiness quotient."

So here's the formula:

O + (N x S) + Cpm/T + He

"O" is time spent outdoors, and N is time spent in nature
"S" is more socialization in the summer, things like barbecues and other gatherings
"Cpm" relates to positive memories of childhood summers, and "T" factors in temperature
"He" is vacation anticipation
When you factor it all together, June 20 is supposed to be the happiest day of 2008.

It combines a bunch of pleasant activities, with the day with the most amount of sunshine.

For your planning purposes, Arnall's formula says the third Monday in January is typically the gloomiest day of the year.

In addition to the colder weather that day, debts from Christmas and botched New Year's resolutions tend to drag down spirits the most on that day.
wtf????

This isn't just from left field, it's from left field in a different ballpark.

No he's on to something...that's something the joker WOULD know.

If today is the happiest day of the year then why did I just have to read that?

But i think that we need to stop worrying about it
seriously, i got to bed and the hippo thing doesn't stop?
lets look for greener pastures.

Has anyone noticed some strange things in the feed?

Like, faces..... and in the center circle, what appears to be the number 6?

Definitely worth investigating if you ask me.

And just why would he know that? And, for that matter, why would the Joker care to know that?

Wow. I have no idea what's going on with this one.. Hopefully it ends up with a Two-Face picture though.. Although it's kind of close to the release date for any more big things dontchya think?

(But then again that's what I thought before that Two-Face clips came out)

in the Bottom left corer I can see Heihachi Mishima doing the Chicken dance!

I bet the answer will come later; something tells me the clues aren't complete yet.

Everytime i see a poster with 50 or less posts who comes in out of left field with some knowledge which leads to all sorts clues- makes me think....:ninja:

they need to help us solve these things in a timely fashion- so whenever we get stuck, all of a sudden some dude says "hey i just tried this REALLY random thing and somehow - IT WORKD!!!" It hilarious...

Yeah; I think this will tie in with something else a little later. can't wait to see what; but, looking for codes in the static I mean come one...we're supposed to find it or else it would be a failure.

this, along with the hippo jokes = notfunny/10

Don't be mad because I called out your seeing something thats not there. you really expect me to believe there's a "6" in the window or "faces" in the window?

It DOES not fit the profile of the Viral Campaigns thus far; I'd be more concerned with the Ticket that says "Redeem at Exit" rather than looking for hidden Capcom characters in windows.

something tells me that there is more to come. Slipknot- 6/22 GCN post about these crooked cops being caught today...it's all very close together in my opinion. I'd be willing to wait a little while before saying:

DOES ANY1 C DAT KITTY KAT IN THE WINDOW; I BET IT'S SELENA KYLE!

Who said they haven't given you a clue a bunch of times so far?

Who said they haven't given you a clue a bunch of times so far?

thats what i am saying- i think they have been "solving" most of these puzzles the whole time, from the start.

but its still loads of fun and i dont care who solves these puzzles- as long as i get to ride along and enjoy the show. :yay:

There are new mails in Barhyte mail, mentioning a stakeout. I think we have to wait untill we get an update either by mail or phone.

Hey, just to be a spoil-sport, the tendency of humans to read something into images that isn't there is called gestalt. It's what happens when you look at a cloud and see a bunny rabbitt, or at static and see faces. It doesn't make someone an idiot, just a human.

Everyone does it.

Absolutely; and usually they give us the answer by now? Correct?

Something is up.

Are there emails in his inbox about a Stakeout...sounds like a clue to me

This is new in Barhyte webmail

Re: money laundering probe, a buddy of mine in Western confirmed that bistro story -- there's some bad guys going in and out of that place, usually the back. Let's talk next actions -- surveillance? Stake out? It's your call here.
