I don't think it was premature. We've solved things before with lucky guesses, but everyone was very unclear as to how you and your fiancee did it. That was the part that bothered me. "We cheated" is a good enough explanation as any. :funny:

the 'stars' (maybe these are the sparks?) on an off in binary lead us to 'static'

each opponent's car moves the above number of spaces during the game. It's not nearly as obvious as binary, but as a longshot the car movements might also decode in some way.
 
guys. i really cant say this enough. they probably didnt set up a puzzle where you have to subtract time codes and convert them to letter. most of the puzzles get figured out in a day usually in a pretty simple way. i think its a dead end and everyone is laughing at us. except mr j. hes just deleting our joke posts. anyone else see the irony?
 
Ok so I searched "Camera 4131" and all i get is infrared cameras. Is there anyway we can take the video and play it as if it was taped in infrared? Just a guess...

Yes I do - I've been running down that road since yesterday - I just haven't found anything there yet.

haven't they done things like this before, little "reminders" that the Joker is still active?

yeah its the seven blinking lights on each car. actually, since the movements are also lit up by lights, im more hopeful they'll head somewhere.

you might have a point maybe this is how we were to find the pics of the joker at the hospital that were leaked
 
So...how bout them Vegans? I kid I kid. But on to this binary thing---I think we are looking too much into it. I am pretty sure a ninja or two would have dropped in by now if anything else was supposed to come out of that static video.

I've been thinking about this and I am starting to believe that the video can be only a reminder that something will happen soon. I just can't give up thinking about a secret code, though.
 
maybe im the super annoying yet super helpful ninja sent to tell you guys to explore the hospital angle?
 
Did anyone youtube the new Gotham Tonight that was supposed to come out today? Maybe they make a mention of a dock being vandalized or something.
 
I find it absolutely hilarious how some of you think the "code" or "next step" is hidden this deep into the video, when none of the other clues given to us in the past year have been 1/10th of this difficult.

I'm almost positive that you're not being forced to read any of this. We enjoy this, it's fun to search and hunt - there may be nothing here, so what? We don't care - it's entertaining to keep at it and see where it goes.

I was going to argue with you, about the secret code thing. i'm ok with the binary.

but... i was thinking about it... a two-bit mob thug with narcisstic dellusions of granduer... if 42E was actually in character... I could see the Joker going that all out... his way of saying "Look! This is how powerful I am"
It would also fit in with the whole purpose of the video: GCN Has been non-stop about The Batman, and Harvey Dent...
But what about the Joker...? He wants some face-time. And this is all about to come to a head.

(If that video is just a still image with static... then I bet there are at least, AT LEAST 3 joker faces in there.)
