Windows 8

Windows 8 just seems like a colourful version of Encom OS-12 (which isn't exactly bad).

It seems like (once the bugs are all fixed out) it will be an incredible touch-screen computer OS - but if you're sticking to tactile, you should probably stay with Windows 7.

The only way I would get Windows 8 on my current PC would be if:
1. I could toggle back to classic view
2. If I could use mid-air hand controls (a la Johnny Lee)

i hate touch screen stuff i'm all for tactile so i probably will stick with 7

It seems like an incredible OS for touch and multi-touch trackpads, but in terms of mouse and keyboard (which is how I prefer my PC), I'm sticking with the 7.

Windows 8 is supposed to work with the traditional mouse and keyboard as well but it's clear they want to move people away from that. I still prefer the mouse and keyboard setting especially since the tactile screens aren't perfected yet and don't always work properly.
