Ok so when I boot my computer it goes to the screen with "Start Windows In Safe Mode" and Start Windows Normally" etc. but no matter what option I choose, it goes to the blue screen of death for a few seconds and the then the copmuter reboots and the same thing happens. Anyway to fix this? I don't have a Windows CD so I can't reinstall windows.:csad:

Without a windows cd your pretty much ****ed seeing as you would need it to do a repair on windows, or reinstall

actually, I can get a CD, but it's Vista not XP.

**** same thing just heppened to me... I tried to repair but it didn't work. So using cmdp I made a virtual drive and I'm installing XP on here. Hopefully I can copy it over. If not I'll just do DSKCHK /R again

How'd you do that..?

Ok, one more question. I've got a another computer I can use. It's a used computer{it's a Dell} it asks me for a network password. Getting passed this is no problem but of course I can't access anything pn the computer except the net. Anyway to disable the network ot restore the computer to the factory settings?
