I also really like the fight with Sandman in the sewers. So badass.

Me too! It's short but brutal. That's one thing I really liked in Raimi's action: it felt raw at times. Great directing!

I love the part where Sandman gets his face split by the train.

Oh, and yes, the brutality was really well done in the SM1 climax. That whole fight is just bloody and physical.

That's still my favourite battle in any of the Spider-Man films! :D No flashiness, no attempt at impressing with effects etc. Just a raw and brutal fight where you could touch the intensity.

^This reminds me of the good old days when we had caption topics for every film (adding your own text to Pictures from the films). There was some golden humour there.

Hah. :)

Well, that thing may look silly, but it took longer to make than I care to admit.

One thing I gotta ask. I have to set the brightness levels of every gif frame by frame. I googled a way to set the brightness levels of all the frames at once but it is not working. Basically, the net advises the creation of a new adjustment layer. However, the adjustment layer does not even work on the first frame. Could you please help with this as its very cumbersome to set the brightness levels one by one?

A adjustment layer is indeed the way to go.

To put it bluntly, if it doesn't work - you're doing something wrong. This is how it should look.

Where do you add the adjustment layer? After the first frame or the last? And how do you modify its position?

Note the circle I made. That's where you add an adjustment layer - in this case, it may just say "Levels" or something like that, but it is an adjustment layer.

The top frame is the first frame, the adjustment layer should be on top of that. There should be no need to move it.

Do you have frame 1 highlighted on the "timeline"?

Well, you shouldn't.

"Layer 1" should be highlighted both on the timeline, and on the right. Put an adjustment over it (on the right) and everything should work out. It's that simple.

It should be that simple lol. Both the aforementioned specifications were already selected. Its still only applying to the first frame. I'll tell you what I am doing step-by-step
1. Open the GIF.
2. Select the 1st layer on timeline
3. Select the 1st layer on the right.
4. Open up the adjustment layer.
5. Adjust Brightness.

Okay, I'm pretty sure you're doing it right. I'm probably wrong, though. There's always something that goes wrong.

But didn't you manage to do this before on the other GIFs?

I got out my my portable mouse for the laptop for each one of the 100x100 ones and began adjusting their brightness levels layer by layer [Click Click Click]

Oh my. That must be excruciating.

Well, I really don't know how else to help you. Nicko knows how to make GIFs, too. He MIGHT know. And then there's Kane, of course. He's a little scary, but you could try getting in touch with him.

It's ok man. I'll only make em from time to time. Plus, it takes only 3-5 mins to adjust the whole brightness thing.
